A frotteur was caught by his target, and on the cameras of several other passengers, on the train in New York City. He got pretty well chewed out, but I can’t find any updates on whether or not he was actually arrested. Anyone?
UPDATE 11/25/10: He was arrested! (And the incident actually happened in September.)
